  • Technical support, maintenance, and repair of all managed hardware and software applications;
  • Operating environment management through the controlled release of security patches, anti-virus updates, and other software as required; and
  • Complete Life cycle management, including asset and configuration management, procurement, software license management and asset retirement.

AgilIT Desktop Service is responsible for configuring and maintaining each PC with software applications that you define so that employees always have all necessary computing programs available to them to perform their duties.

  • Configuration standards are developed in consultation with the customer and constantly maintained by the agilIT Client Computing Engineering group.
  • Full life cycle support can be provided to the customer including:
    • Procurement, Delivery and Installation, Configuration, Customer Moves/Adds/Changes (MAC) Requests, Asset Retirement, On-site Break/Fix and Replacement
    • Level 0/1/2 technical support via remote desktop management control
    • Automated refresh of managed equipment to meet your specific requirements
  • Data - agilIT provides backup and migration of data from the old to new equipment
  • Client application images are developed, continuously maintained and updated by agilIT
